SUBJECT:	Launch of Duke@Work Website

On February 18, all faculty and staff will have direct online access to view and update personal information at Duke through a new self-service website called Duke@Work. This secured site will offer faculty and staff more flexibility to access and update their information through any computer with internet access. In Phase 1 of implementation, faculty and staff can:

• View current and past pay statements back to 2002
• Change their home address
• Update their work address
• Access a variety of information regarding their benefits
• Create or modify bank accounts for direct deposit
• Change Federal and North Carolina tax withholding amounts
• Select to discontinue receiving paper pay statements

Managers and Department Payroll Representatives are encouraged to learn more about Duke@Work by attending information sessions held during the week of February 4th for the University, School of Medicine and Health System. On February 11, a special session will be offered at Durham Regional Hospital. During the week of February 18, employee overview sessions will be held.
