DATE:	September 12, 2005

Effective October 1, 2005, Supplemental Pay Forms for Research Associates (Job Family 27), Professional Librarians (Job Family 29), and Faculty/Students (Job Family 40) will no longer require review by the Human Resources Information Center (HRIC). Supplemental Pay Forms for individuals in these job families can be sent directly to Corporate Payroll Services after approval of appropriate departmental and/or budgetary official. Please see the specific list of job codes below:
