This process will be discontinued effective December 1, 2007. The final distribution of paper Confirmation Forms by Corporate Payroll Services will be Wednesday, November 21, 2007. All iForms users can continue to view and/or print confirmation forms at any time. We appreciate your feedback and support with this change in business process.
