New Business Process for ReportXpress Changes |

In an effort to provide a centralized method for ReportXpress users to submit change requests to Corporate Payroll Services, a new mailing address/mailbox has been created. This email address is
ReportXpress-Changes@duke.edu. This one address will eliminate the need to send emails to individual staff members.
In support of this centralized approach we have enhanced several business processes effective May 5, 2008.
- The ReportXpress Account Assignment form must be completed, attached to the email request and sent to this new mailing address.
- A new ReportXpress change form has been developed to accommodate the following requests. You may access this form from the Corporate Payroll Forms webpage.
- FMLA dates
- Lunch period deduction changes
- Timecard retrieval
- New departments/cost centers
- Badge issues
- A ReportXpress section is available from the Corporate Payroll website for more convenient access.
- Detailed instructions for completing the forms and submitting requests are included on this website under the Forms section of the Corporate Payroll website.
- Corporate Payroll Services staff will continue to send an email upon completion of the request. All other ReportXpress business processes remain unchanged.
