Directions to the American Tobacco Campus

 

Visitor Parking

Free visitor parking at the American Tobacco Campus (ATC) is available on the first level of both the South parking garage along Jackie Robinson Ln. / Willard St. and the North parking garage along Petttigrew St./Jackson St .

To reach the Financial Services offices, exit the garage on the University Ford side (formerly Julian Carr St .). Enter through Bay 9 on the Carr St side, or through Bay 8, 9 or 10 on the Courtyard side (the interior of the American Tobacco complex). The Bay 9 entrance is locked at all times. To enter, you will either need a valid Duke ID Card or to call the department you are visiting and be buzzed in.

 

From Duke East Campus/Main Street

  1. Take Main Street east to Great Jones Loop, which turns into Ramseur St .
  2. Turn right onto W. Ramseur St .
  3. Turn right onto Mangum St.
  4. Take first right onto Pettigrew
  5.  The north parking garage is on the left, past the Blackwell St. intersection

 

From Duke West Campus/Chapel Dr .

  1. Turn left from Chapel Dr. onto Duke University Rd.
  2. Duke University Rd. becomes W. Chapel Hill St .
  3. Follow over Durham Freeway, down slight hill
  4. Just before going under overpass, turn right on Pettigrew
  5. The north parking garage is on the right

 

From NC-147 N/I-40

  1. Take NC-147 North to Exit 12B toward Mangum St / Roxboro St .
  2. Turn right at the light on Roxboro St.
  3. Turn left at the first light on Pettigrew St .
  4. The north parking garage is on the left, past the Blackwell St. intersection

 

From NC-147 S/US 15-501 bypass

  1. Take NC-147 to Exit 12 toward Mangum St./Roxboro St .
  2. Cross Mangum St .
  3. Turn left onto Roxboro St .
  4. Turn left onto Pettigrew
  5. The north parking garage is on the left, past the Blackwell St. intersection

 

From I-85 S

  1. In Durham, take Exit 177A toward Durham/Downtown
  2. Turn right onto Pettigrew
  3. The north parking garage is on the left, past the Blackwell St. intersection
