Budget Planning & Simulation (BPS) Information

BPS is a web-based module and will be accessed by users from the same URL as iForms. BPS is not be used by DUHS. BPS is now available for all users that have completed training.  BPS can be accessed by logging into iForms with your NetID and password.  If you have not yet completed training, your access to BPS will be granted once you have been trained.

The budget modification functionality in BPS is now open and
you can begin making budget modifications to your FY08/09 budget.

 

Web Browsers Tips and Supported Versions

• BPS is supported for both the Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. Mac users should use Firefox. At this time, BPS users should NOT use IE 7.0.
• Turn off popup blockers for *.OIT.DUKE.EDU

PC Platform

• Windows 2000: IE 5.5, 6.x, Mozilla 1.7.x, Firefox 1.0.x, 1.5.0.x, 2.0
• Windows XP: IE 6.x, Mozilla 1.7.x, Firefox 1.0.x, 1.5.0.x, 2.0
• Firefox 1.5.0, 2.0.0.8, 2.0.0.9 is not supported
• Internet Explorer 7.0 is not supported

Macintosh Platform

• OS X: Firefox 1.x, 2.0.0.7
• Firefox 2.0.0.8, 2.0.0.9 is not supported
