BPS Projection Users, BPS is now available for inputting spring year-end projections. You are required to submit year-end projections against your operating budget as part of our financial reporting responsibilities to the Board of Trustees (BOT). We do this each year in the fall and spring semesters. The spring projections will be incorporated into reports for the February and May BOT meetings. In order to facilitate this process, the spring projection layouts include year-to-date actual and revised budget figures through the second quarter. Additionally, we have pre-loaded the spring year-end projection column with the fall projections that were submitted in October. Each management center is responsible for reviewing projections once they are submitted to them for approval via the STS workflow process.
