In order to more easily differentiate Health System org keys (paypoints) from other org keys, we will be implementing a new prefix for your existing org keys. The current structure reflects a prefix of "DD" for your departmental org key. We will transition to the use of "DH" as the prefix. This new org key designation will be reflected in the employee download to ReportXpress on Thursday, May 22, 2008. The newly assigned org keys will be displayed on payroll checks/vouchers as well as the biweekly reports for the June 6, 2008 paydate. The monthly changes will be reflected on reports for the June 25, 2008 paydate. No action will be required on your behalf to implement this change. We will generate an automatic conversion for all biweekly and monthly org keys within DUHS, excluding Durham Regional Hospital and Duke Raleigh Hospital since each of these hospitals already has a unique org key designation in place.
