SAP R/3 HR-Payroll Reports

With the implementation of SAP R/3 HR-Payroll existing reports have changed and some new reports were added. The table below shows the reports available, a description of the reports and the frequency with which they will be distributed.

Biweekly Gross Pay Distribution Report generated by Org Key (Pay Point) detailing biweekly pay distribution for each employee on that pay point. Includes rate of pay, hours worked, overtime, premiums, supplements and gross pay. Cost center distribution is indicated. Information on secondary pay is also provided, if applicable. Biweekly Modified for SAP terms (e.g., account distribution becomes cost center distribution). Distributed by Corporate Payroll Services.
Gross Pay & Fringe Benefit Distribution Report generated by Cost Center detailing biweekly gross pay and fringe benefit distribution for employees on the Cost Center. Summary totals per cost center are also provided. Biweekly Distributed by Corporate Payroll Services.
Employee Confirmation Data Sheet Data sheet generated on each employee to provide confirmation for department on employee data stored in SAP/R/3. Data sheet includes demographic information about employee (e.g., SSN, race, sex, DOB), payroll data (e.g., monthly or biweekly payroll area, org key, etc.), address data, rate of pay, work schedule, date specification (e.g., continuous service, last rate adjustment, etc.) organizational (e.g., position number, job classification, etc.), cost center distribution and secondary positions. Additionally, the data sheet will indicate the most recent change and reason which prompted the generation of this form Generated after a personnel action has been processed, such as hire form, leave of absence form or change of status form (changing rate, position, work schedule, etc.) Replaces PCN. Position List by Organization Unit Report of positions within an organization unit. List sorted by org unit, and exempt/nonexempt within unit. Report indicates if the positions are vacant or filled. It provides information on job classification, job family, job level, etc. Biweekly Distributed by Human Resources.
Biweekly Overtime Report Monthly report of overtime hours (and resulting dollar amount) worked by each biweekly employee sorted by org key (pay point) and organization unit within org key. Overtime hours are reported for each pay period within the affected month, a total for the month and a fiscal YTD total. Monthly Distributed throughout the institution by Corporate Payroll Services.
