Revised Monthly Payroll Schedule |

A revised monthly Payroll schedule has been posted to our Corporate Payroll
website effective April 7, 2009. Please note the following revisions:
- Leave of Absence forms should be sent directly to Corporate Payroll
Services. These forms should not have any attachments.
- The first iForm column now reflects an additional footnote related to
the I-9 process.
- The first iForm column also has revised dates that have been adjusted
to support the hiring process.
