SUBJECT:	ECRT Update - Final Week for Effort Certification

As you know, this is the final week for effort certification in the new ECRT system.  A number of you have encountered a problem where the certifier has seen their effort card display more than 100% effort.  This has been due to a display issue regarding their cost sharing effort. You've been able to get around it by refreshing the screen in ECRT.  We have received a fix for this problem from the vendor, and we will be installing it the production ECRT system today  (September 14) at 4:00 p.m.

As such, the ECRT system will be unavailable from 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. today (September 14).  After 4:30, the system will be available for use and the greater than 100% display problem will be resolved.

In addition, all certifiers who have not yet certified their effort will receive an email from the ECRT system tomorrow morning (September 15) reminding them that they need to have their effort certified by Friday, September 18.
