ECRT Server Down 09/18/09 |
| DATE: |
September 18, 2009 |
The primary objective of this email is to alert you that the ECRT server will be down from 12-12:30 pm today to correct code validation issues.
We have had a number of people contact our office regarding the following 3 issues and are providing some guidance:
- Posting Payroll Adjustments
Once the Effort Card has been certified and processed ("Complete" status), if a payroll adjustment is loaded to ECRT, a Manage Task will appear in the Payroll Adjustment Task tab. Please be aware that at this time, the functionality to post the payroll adjustment to the Effort Card is NOT working. If the Effort Card was certified with the correct percentages, we will notify you as soon as the functionality is available so that you can post the payroll to the Effort Card. However, if the Effort Cart was certified with incorrect percentages, and your intent was to reopen the card with the new payroll adjustments, we ask that you reopen the card immediately, via the Org Code Dashboard, have the Certifier correct the percentages, re-certify and re-process the card.
- No Certify Button
If a Certifier is either not able to see the Certify button or is denied access to their Effort Card, please send an email to Janelle Tarpey. This has been caused by not having a Primary Effort Coordinator assigned to the BFR or the Certifier Role not being assigned in ECRT.
- Certifying as a Proxy
Currently the Proxy functionality is working for some and not for others. If you have assigned a Proxy and the Proxy is not able to certify the Effort Card, please ask the Proxy to enter a comment in the notes field of the Effort Card stating that they agree with the percentages indicated in the Certified Annual Effort column. Once this has been done, the Effort Coordinator should certify the Effort Card and Process the card. This is a temporary solution to allow you to complete the certification process by the deadline.
We are currently receiving over 100 emails and phone calls per day. We are trying to answer all questions as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued support and patience as we transition to the new on-line system.
