SUBJECT:	BPS Open for SOM and SON Budget Development

Budget Instructions have been prepared by the University Budget Office and will be forwarded to SOM and SON users by the School of Medicine Office of Finance and Resource Planning.

There are no major changes to BPS functionality; however, there are enhanced reporting capabilities which include:

• typing an org unit as opposed to navigating down a selection tree
• saving variants based on report selection criteria
• easier export and print options, including to adobe PDF files
